I Personally Think Whatever Complaint They Receive Must Be Handled Appropriately

I approached WVP International for Canada work visa. I had some issues with their service but I was unaware were to first submit a complaint. I did not want my complaint to be ignored because I failed to follow the proper process for filing a complaint. I contacted them directly and also posted the same of WVP International Complaints forum, where I was responded by a written response. They explained me steps to resolve my issues. I personally think whatever complaint they receive must be handled appropriately.
