  I am writing this review because I genuinely want to help other students and families who are confused just like I was a few months back. When I decided to go abroad for my higher studies, I had no idea where to start.     We are trying to go abroad via this wvp new delhi..they asked us to pay
    Some big amount before start the procedure..but we hesitate to proceed...is this genuine??can we pay money without any suspection?
